What does this mean for my fellow miners? This is one of those opportunities in World of Warcraft to earn enough gold to set your character up for a very long time. Here is how you will do it. Jewelcrafters will be buying up Tittanium ore by the boatload- stacks and stacks at a time. They need the ore to prospect the epic gems. As a miner, you are the lifeline for the Jewelcrafters to provide these rare Epic Gems to the players in World of Warcraft. This puts you in a very strong gold earning position and you need to capitalize on this gold earning opportunity right now.

Clear out all your bags and make as much space as possible. Hopefully you have the Epic Flying skill and 450 Mining! Next, fly in circular patterns around the areas of Icecrown, Sholazar Basin and The Storm Peaks searching for Titanium Ore. It will be a little tedious, but you are stocking up this valuable ore for 3.2 patch day. Throw on some music and just zone out while you count all the Warcraft gold you will earn. If you only have Epic Riding skill, I recommend mining in Wintergrasp.

Currently on my server, stacks of 20 Titanium Ore are selling for 200 gold on the auction house. That is up from the 160 gold price of just last week. As rumors swirl about the patch day, this price will skyrocket up to at least 400 gold per stack. In my experience farming for Titanium Ore, I can mine about 20 units an hour. That works out to at least 400 gold per hour, maybe more, once patch day rolls around.

And if you by some chance happen to be a Jewelcrafter, I don't even want to think how much gold you will make. The PTR is reporting about a 24.2% chance to prospect an Epic Gem. Add in all the other green and blue gems, Miner and Jewelcrafter look like a deadly gold earning combination!

Mining in World of Warcraft is a great gathering profession that at least one of your alts should have. So if you don't have a miner, you better hurry up and level one to 450 since that is the minimum requirement to mine Titanium Ore.
